Namaste France Festival

The ‘Namaste France’ festival took place from July 6-9, 2023 at the prestigious La Seine Musicale venue. The festival consisted of 18 concerts/performances, a craft bazaar with 22 award winning artisans from across India, 16 workshops on yoga, wellness, Ayurveda; classical dance and music; and, contemporary “Bollywood” style dance, 7 discussions on literary and cultural themes, an exhibition of 30 tribal paintings from diverse Indian traditions, a photo exhibition of 21 on the Rabari nomadic tribe of Gujarat by international award-winning photographer Rohit Chawla, and an Indian food court with seven different types of cuisine. The overall footfall of the festival was approximately 20,000 people over the duration of 4 days.
