IMPORTANT NOTICE: CHANGE IN CONSULAR SERVICES OPERATIONS
This is to inform all concerned that the current outsourcing partner, M/s. VFS Global, will cease providing Consular services effective 01 July 2025. Henceforth, all Consular, Passport, and Visa (CPV) services will be rendered directly by the Embassy of India with appointment at the following address:

Appointments
- Appointments must be scheduled through the official website of the embassy through an online Appointment system. Entry will not be permitted without a valid appointment confirmation letter.

Appointment Guidelines
Kindly arrive strictly as per the date and time of your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will not be accommodated. Please ensure all documents are complete and in the required format before arrival. Incomplete applications, missing documents (as per the checklist), or incorrectly filled forms will not be accepted. Applicants will be required to book a new appointment in such cases. It is responsibility of applicant to submit all document including supporting documents at embassy counter. Please note that currently only cash payment is accepted.
Document Delivery
When an applicant receives a confirmation message for collection of the document, she/he may collect the same in-person or through a representative with an authorization letter upon submitting the receipt at the delivery counter between 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm on a working day.
Applicants who wish to get the document delivered by post, must provide a self-addressed registered pre-paid envelope while submitting the document in the initial stage. Applications submitted without the required self-addressed pre-paid registered envelope (if applicable) will not be processed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
