The Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO) is the apex trade promotion body of India set up by the Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India in 1965. In its endeavour to promote India’s international trade, FIEO organizes various mega trade promotion activities and events in India and across the globe.

During the past few years, FIEO has been actively working with the State Governments of various states of India, to formulate their Export Policy and organising other trade promotion activities for the States. One major and most effective activity in this effort is the “Reverse Buyer Seller Meet”, this is very unique form of business engagement wherein the Indian Company can directly interact with the International Buyer under one roof and strike a deal.

In the past, FIEO had organised RBSM’s for Government of Uttar Pradesh during the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UPITS), Government of Gujarat during the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit, Government of Madhya Pradesh during Global Investor Summit and many more.

FIEO is organising a 2 Days Reverse Buyer Seller Meet for the Government of Maharashtra on 21st & 22nd July, 2025.

What is Unique about this RBSM?

FIEO jointly with Maharashtra Small Scale Industries Development Corporation (MSSIDC) is organising a Reverse Buyer Seller Meet under the RAMP (Raising & Accelerating MSME Performance) initiative of the World Bank & Govt. of India. Under this initiative efforts are made to strengthen the contribution of the MSMEs’ to the economic growth of the nation and in exports sector as well.

Further, this RBSM will target only MSME Indian Seller from the state of Maharashtra possessing Udyam Aadhar Registration issued by the Ministry of MSME, Government of India.

The Pre-Registration process for the International Buyers has been initiated, and Interested International Buyers can submit their registration using the following link: https://forms.office.com/r/SnheCi2T8S

The following deliverables will be extended to Foreign Buyers (One Person Per Company) attending the RBSM:

• Reimbursement of Economy Class Air Ticket (as per prescribed upper limit)

• Two Nights Hotel Stay in with Airport Transfers.

• Access to the Business Networking

Note:

• The Air Ticket reimbursement will be subject to submission of proper documentary evidence.

• As per the latest directions, applications from Indian passport/OIC/POI holders for participating under Hosted Buyer program will not be considered.

• FIEO reserves all right to accept or reject participation from any Overseas Importer/ Buyer
