Advisory against Fraudulent / Spoof Telephone Calls

   Beware of fraudulent calls, particularly from telephone number 0140505070-71, +33-648340063 or other telephone numbers. 

2. The caller from above numbers claims to be from Embassy of India, Paris and asks Indian nationals/OCI card holders to transfer money in order to rectify mistakes in documentation for visa, emigration etc. 

3. The Embassy never asks for such money transfers, so please don't fall prey to such scam calls. If you have received a call, you are advised to:
