Indian Economy- A Bright Spot in the Global Economic Landscape

Embassy of India organized a panel discussion on ' Indian Economy- A Bright Spot in the Global Economic Landscape' on 12 April 2018. This event was part of ongoing 'India@70' celebrations in France. Three eminent speakers from different domains participated in the panel discussion.
Prof. Dr. Suman Modwel, an Emeritus Professor of Business Policy at école des Ponts Business School, discussed India’s growth story- its protagonists, antagonists and the way forward. Mr. Sylvain Bilaine, MD of SYB Consultancy, spoke on the Ease of Doing Business in India, sharing his practical experience with the audience. Mr. Fabrice Node Langlois, head of International Economy, Le Figaro, highlighted the recent economic reforms and the challenges being faced in the growth trajectory.
