Request for Proposal (RFP) for Augmentation & Enhancement of Existing 8-inch Fab of Semi-Conductor Laboratory (SCL), Mohali

Government of India approved Semicon India Programme for the Development of Semiconductors and Display Manufacturing Ecosystem in India with an outlay of INR 76,000 crore (-10 billion USD). As part of the Semicon India Programme, the Government of India also approved the modernization of the government-owned Semi-Conductor Laboratory (SCL) situated in Mohali, Punjab to position India as an important player in the global semiconductor network.
