EEPC India is the nodal body under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, working towards the promotion of trade and investments in the engineering sector. It represents over 9500 members from large, medium and small-scale enterprises (over 70% from MSME sector). 

We are pleased to inform you that EEPC India with the support of Government of Maharashtra is organizing the 2nd edition of SUBCONTRACT INDIA, show scheduled to be held from 6-8 November 2025 in Pune, India. SUBCONTRAT INDIA is a platform that provides engineering sourcing solutions to a wide range of sectors such as Automobile, Electricals, Oil & Gas, Construction & Mining, Industrial Machinery and Medical Devices. Indian engineering exports have registered an impressive growth in recent years. The MSME sector forms the backbone of Indian engineering.

What is New in the 7th Edition  

With a larger scale and broader global participation, the upcoming 7th edition of BFLEX aims to build on the momentum of its predecessor.

·Dates & Venue: The Show will be held during November 12-14, 2025 at IICC (Yashobhoomi), Dwarka, New Delhi. 

· Exhibitors: Keeping in view the positive outcome of the 6th edition of the fair, we are expecting participation of around 400 Indian exhibitors and around 100 Overseas exhibitors in the 7th edition of the event.

 · Overseas Buyers: The upcoming edition of the fair is likely to witness participation of around 350 foreign buyers

· Indian Buying Agents: Like in the last edition, a significant presence of buying houses and agents from across India will further bolster networking opportunities.

Hosted Buyer Program for the foreign buyers

French buyers keen to source the above said products from India can avail the Hosted Buyer package to visit New Delhi for attending the show.  Eligible / selected buyers shall be offered the following facilities:-

  • 3 Nights Complimentary Stay in a 5-Star Category hotel in New Delhi with Bed & Breakfast
  • Arrival at New Delhi in the afternoon of 11th November 2025
  • Stay in New Delhi during Show Days (3 nights)
  • Return flights can be scheduled post evening on 14th November 2025.
  • Buyers are free to arrive in New Delhi few days prior to the event days or to extend their stay beyond the show days at their own cost.
  • Long distance call charges, use of Business Center/ Health Club, laundry, liquor etc. in the Hotel will be borne by the individual Buyers.
  • The complimentary hospitality package is offered to only one Director/Senior Executive per company.
  • The Complimentary hospitality package will be confirmed only to the Business visitors who have interest to source footwear and leather products from India.
  • Return Economy class air fare, subject to ceiling limits may also likely to be offered to the visiting hosted buyers, subject to sanction of Government funding support.
