Bharat International Rice Conference 2026 (BIRC 2026) 23–25 October 2026, Hall Nos. 4 & 5 Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi The Indian Rice Exporters’ Federation (IREF), the national apex body for rice exporters, headquartered in Connaught Place, New Delhi, represents more than 8,000 entities across India’s rice export value chain. IREF successfully organized the inaugural Bharat International Rice Conference (BIRC 2025) at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, on 30–31 October 2025.
