16TH INDIAN FASHION JEWELLERY & ACCESSORIES SHOW - IFJAS 2022 AT INDIA EXPO CENTRE & MART, GREATER NOIDA , DELHI –NCR FROM 20 – 22 JUNE 2022

The Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH) is an apex organization of handicrafts exporters and promoting Indian handicrafts and gifts products to the worldwide. EPCH is also an organizer of World largest fair i.e. IHGF Delhi Fair (Spring & Autumn editions) held in the month of February and October every year. Further, to promote Indian Fashion Jewellery and Accessories products, EPCH is organizing Indian Fashion Jewellery and Accessories Show (IFJAS) annually.

The next 16th edition of IFJAS will be held from 20-22 June, 2022 at India Expo Center and Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR in physical mode.  The buyers will have an opportunity to interact with more than 200 fashion jewellery and accessories manufacturers and exporters during IFJAS-2022. The major product category will be on display are Fashion Jewellery, Semi-Precious Jewellery, Belts & Wallets, Hand Bags and Purses, Fashion Accessories, Head & Hair Accessories, Stoles & Scarves, Apparels Accessories and Fancy Footwear, etc.

Trade visitors/buyers of 16th edition of IFJAS will be eligible for special promotional assistance i.e. reimbursement of Air-Travel Assistance and Hotel Accommodation during the fair, subject to terms and conditions.

Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi has made a call for promoting ‘Handmade in India’, especially for items such as toys and GI tagged products with a thrust on ‘Make in India’ initiative.

The 1st India Toy Fair-2021,on virtual platform, was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi in the year 2021 to boost the toy manufacturing industry in India to encourage Aatmarnirbhar Bharat and vocal for local campaign. The 1,074 exhibitors that showcased their products at the virtual exhibition  and over 20 lakh visitors from over 110 countries and 30 Indian States and UTs visited for the virtual Toy Fair.

A geographical indication (GI) is a sign used on products that have a specific geographical origin and possess qualities or a reputation that are due to that origin. GI tagged products are "Invaluable treasures of Incredible India" and aims to build confidence amongst the buying community. There are around 390+ products tagged as GI in the country out of which 200+ are handicrafts & handlooms and 120 are agricultural based. The Govt. of India and the Ministry of Commerce & Industry has given emphasis on promotion of exports of traditional geographical indications (GI) products from India.

Keeping in view the focus on Toys industry and Geographical Indication (GI) tagged products, the Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts is organising parallel shows i.e. KHILONA -2022 (India Toys & Games Fair) and India GI Fair-2022 from 26-28 August,2022 at India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
