TENDER NOTICE

Tender Notice for renovation of GOI owned accommodation at West End 6th floor, Boulogne

Sealed bids are invited for Renovating and Restoring of GOI owned accommodation at Residence “West End”, 6th floor, 282 avenue du Maréchal Juin, 92100 Boulogne.
 
2. The companies/firms should have the following requirements:
 
- Having a registration in France including Siret Number and VAT account in France.
- Local representation in Paris, France.
- The bidder should have experience of undertaking work of similar nature in France in the last 10 years.
 
3. Documentary evidence of the above qualifications may be submitted along with sealed bids.
 
4. Enquiry/site visit, if any, may please be sent on the mail hoc[dot]paris[at]mea[dot]gov[dot]in. Enquires shall be entertained only till October 19, 2021 noon.
 
5. Interested firms can visit the site from 9 am to 1 pm on 04/10/21 after prior appointment with Shri. Prashant Kumar, Attaché, Embassy of India, Paris 13-15 Rue Alfred Dehodencq, 75116 Paris, prop[dot]paris[at]mea[dot]gov[dot]in , tel.: +331 40 50 50 63.
 
6. Interested parties may send their bids/quotations in sealed envelopes to the Head of Chancery, Embassy of India, 15 rue Alfred Dehodencq, 75116 Paris by October 19, 2021 noon superscribed “Renovating and Restoring of GOI owned accommodation at Residence “West End”, 6th floor, 282 avenue du Maréchal Juin, 92100 Boulogne.” The bids should quote the Lump-sum Fixed based on the following scope of work:
 
7. The bids received would be opened at 1400 hrs on October 19, 2021 by a Committee of Officers. Interested parties are welcome to send a representative for opening of the bids in the office of the Head of Chancery, Embassy of India, and Paris.
 
8. The Embassy of India, Paris reserves the right to reject any bid at any stage of the bidding process without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
