Advisory to Afghan Nationals

This is to notify that the existing physical visas issued to Afghan nationals have been cancelled.  Those who wish to travel on emergency to India are advised to apply afresh for e-Emergency X-Misc. visa on e-Visa portal at https://indianvisaonline.gov.in.

It is mandatory that Afghan nationals coming to India on e-Emergency X-Misc. visa have to register with the FRRO / FRO concerned within 7 days of arrival in India.  If they are moving from their registered place of stay to another place, they will have to further register mandatorily with the FRRO / FRO concerned at the new place residence.
