This certificate must be presented to transport companies, before boarding, by passengers who wish to travel to metropolitan France, as well as to the authorities in charge of border control. Otherwise, a denial of boarding or access to the territory will be pronounced. It must be accompanied by presentation of:
• a self-declaration attesting absence of symptoms of covid-19 infection and contact with a confirmed case of covid-19;
• an undertaking to undergo an antigen test or a possible biological examination on arrival;
• an undertaking to self-isolate for seven days, if applicable in one of the places designated by the French authorities and a pledge to undergo a biological screening examination virological (PCR) at the end of the isolation period.
